Eine Info für Elli und andere Raymond Feist Fans: vorraussichtlich am 31. März 2009 wird Feists neuer Midkemia Roman in England und den USA veröffentlicht. „Rides a Dread Legion“ ist der Titel dieses ersten Buches der neuen „Demonwar“ Saga. Auf der nächsten Seite die englische Beschreibung der Handlung die 10 Jahre nach Ende des Darkwars einsetzt und in der die verlorene Elfenrasse der „Taredhel“ – das Volk der Sterne -einen Weg nach Midkemia findet.

Ihre Heimatwelt wird von einer Dämonenrasse heimgesucht und nur wenige überlebten diese Invasion. Nun erklären sie Midkemia für ihre neue Heimat und arrogant sowie äusserst rücksichtslos gehen sie beim „besiedeln“ dieses neuen zuhauses vor. Pug und die Konklave der Schatten stellen jedoch rasch fest das nicht die Taredel die eigentliche Gefahr für Midkemia darstellen, sondern jene brutalen Dämonenhorden die das überhebliche Elfenvolk verfolgen.
